Booking Policy

You will be required to pay a non refundable deposit for all bookings. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for more information. We ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment. We are a very busy salon and often work back-to-back appointments. If you know that you are going to be late for your booking ring us prior to your arrival. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your booking, you will be charge late fee. Your booking might be rescheduled for the earliest available time. . CANCELATION To cancel and reschedule, please contact Kavy's Beauty 0414761140 48 hours prior to your booking. Deposit are non refundable, appointments can only be rescheduled. If booking is cancelled within 24 hours, your deposit will not be refunded. Appointment Forfeit Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late without informing us, automatically forfeit their appointment. No refunded and no reschedule. Please note: At Kavysbeauty we are extremely empathetic to any last minute medical or personal emergencies that impact a client’s appointment and will of course, offer discretion for any sudden cancellations.
